Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)
European countries

Other international destinations upon request — please contact us before placing your order.

Taxes and Duties

United Kingdom: Customs duties are included in your delivery cost — you will not need to pay customs duties or customs clearance for any deliveries within the United Kingdom.
European Union: Customs duties and VAT are included in the cost of your delivery — you will not need to pay customs duties or customs clearance for any deliveries if the value of your order does not exceed €150, excluding delivery costs.
Other countries: Additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping and may need to be paid upon delivery.

**We are currently working on a system to calculate and collect all international duties at checkout, so you’ll be able to pay them in advance and see the total landed cost before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

We process and ship orders throughout the day, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Most orders placed before 2 p.m. are shipped the same day.
In some cases, processing may take 1–2 business days.

During high-volume periods (such as launches, holidays, promotions), please allow 4–5 business days for processing before dispatch.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it’s generated.Depending on the carrier, it may take several hours for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.

Carrier Delays

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once your package has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013).

Conditions for Return

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Return requests must be submitted via email before sending items back.

How to Return an Item

Contact us and provide your order number and the reason for the return.
We’ll provide the return address and instructions.
Send the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery indicate the order number and include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item

We’ll resolve the issue promptly, including sending replacements or issuing a refund if necessary.
