Order Processing Time
We process and ship orders throughout the day, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
- Most orders placed before 2 p.m. are shipped the same day.
- In some cases, processing may take 1–2 business days.
During high-volume periods (such as launches, holidays, promotions), please allow 4–5 business days for processing before dispatch.

Order Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it’s generated.Depending on the carrier, it may take several hours for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.

Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013).
Conditions for Return
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Return requests must be submitted via email before sending items back.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us and provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- We’ll provide the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
General
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery indicate the order number and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
We’ll resolve the issue promptly, including sending replacements or issuing a refund if necessary.
