HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We process and ship orders throughout the day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Most orders placed before 2 p.m. will be shipped the same day. However, sometimes it may take longer, so please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. During periods of high order volume, please allow 4-5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it’s generated. Depending on the carrier, it may take several hours for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.
On average, orders in the UK are delivered within 2-3 business days (not including processing time), sometimes faster.
Orders to Europe are usually delivered within 7-13 business days for most countries, but may take longer depending on the country.
We are not responsible for delays in carrier transit times.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
In the United Kingdom, standard delivery is available for most domestic destinations by ROYAL MAIL (1-3 business days after order fulfilment) for £6.65.
Standard delivery to Europe ranges from €15 to €25 depending on the destination, and typically takes 7–13 business days after dispatch.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom. We also deliver to European Union countries and other European countries.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR DUTIES OR TAXES?
For the United Kingdom, customs duties are included in your delivery cost — you will not need to pay customs duties or customs clearance for any deliveries within the United Kingdom.
For European Union countries, customs duties and VAT are included in the cost of your delivery — you will not need to pay customs duties or customs clearance for any deliveries if the value of your order does not exceed €150, excluding delivery costs.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Lunesi currently offers delivery across the United Kingdom and most European countries. As we grow, we look forward to expanding our international reach. Subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of our website to receive notifications when we start delivering to your country.

Please note: we do not support the use of freight forwarders. If you decide to place an order using a freight forwarder or third-party international delivery service to deliver packages to a country where we do not currently deliver, we cannot guarantee that the items in your order will be delivered properly, on time, and without possible damage. In addition, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items delivered to a freight forwarding company or delivery location that is not on our approved list of destinations.

WHERE CAN I BUY LUNESI PRODUCTS IN PERSON?
We currently deliver to the following countries: the United Kingdom, European Union countries and other European countries. At the moment, we do not have any physical stores where you can buy LUNESI products, but subscribe to our email newsletter to receive the latest news about new collections and other brand news.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the goods, only if the purchased goods: have not been used, are in their original packaging and in their original condition.
Please contact us (indicate your order number) and we will assist you as soon as possible and answer any additional questions.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, and Visa) in addition to ShopPay, GooglePay and Apple Pay.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?
Orders placed directly in the United Kingdom, European Union countries and other European countries on the website https://lunesi.co.uk/ are eligible for return. To initiate the return process, please contact us (quoting your order number) within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with your return and any additional questions as quickly as possible. Please note: only unused items with undamaged original packaging will be accepted for return, and the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note: we cannot cover return shipping costs for international orders.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items delivered to international destinations or delivery points that are not on our approved list of destinations.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?
Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact us immediately with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed.
During times of high order volume we are unable to cancel or edit orders. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
